Spicy Fish Stew for those cold evenings
Ask Mary for the desired amount of mixed fish and a handful of mussels and prawns
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tsp ground cumin
½ Tsp paprika
200g can chopped tomatoes
1 Red pepper, de-seeded, cut into chunks
Handful coriander, roughly chopped
1 Lemon cut into wedges
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Add in the garlic, cumin and paprika and cook for 1 minute.
Add 100ml water and the tomatoes.
Bring to the boil, then turn down the heat.
When you are adding add the mussels and add chopped fish and prawns together.
Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
